		<description>Go for a Nikon L14, and then buy a set of AA NiMH rechargeable and a charger.  The charger/battery combo should be around $20 to $25; the camera should be around $140.  It meets your specs.  NiMH AAs are very powerful and able to power the camera much longer than disposable AAs.
