Oh boy, where to begin?! You need to have something drawn up that informs them that you reserve the right to use the images of them however you see fit. You’ll also want to outline exactly what they are getting for their money, any arbitration rules (in case things go sour after the wedding), etc. Contact me directly, and I’ll help you out.
All I can say is good luck! If you don’t already know the answers to these then you probably shouldn’t be shooting a wedding.
You’ll need to make a contract that both of you will sign stating exactly what they’ll be getting. You automatically own the copyrights to the photos, they do not! You will need a model release if you plan on using it online.
i hope you are not the sole photographer for this wedding, if you are, don’t forget the weber
give them a release form to say they own those photos but say you still have the rights for marketing
