Nathan is as crazy as a bed bug. SunPak makes some very good flash units in their highest quality. I have one that equal anything that Metz will do. I want to think that it is a model 555, but I am not looking at it. anyway, they are not that expensive and you can find nice ones used.

I disagree with the previous two posters. Although it is nice to build your rig around a specific brand, flashes like Sunpak, Vivitar, Sigma, Braun, etc have been around for years and are highly respected names in Photography. Although I do not own one, there for can not recommend a specific model, I would not hesitate to use one. These previous two posters are somewhat new to photography and there for not familiar with the brands.

I agree w/ Nathan... stick with Nikon Speedlights.

Take a look at the Nikon SB-600

or the Nikon SB-800

or the Nikon SB-900

If you shooting weddings, you shouldn't be using a cheap, off brand product like SUN-PACK. Those products are aimed for the people who don't need the best results- to be honest, You can get away with a Nikon SB-400, it's better:

If you have the money, get the SB-600-- but at least get the SB-400

I'd forget the SUN PACK---_---
